Room Reservation Form

Miller Center classrooms and conference rooms may be reserved by SCSU faculty or staff for university-related activities.  Faculty or staff wishing to reserve a classroom or conference room should submit the form below.  Miller Center student study rooms may be reserved by SCSU students for university-related activities.  Students wishing to reserve a study room should contact Circulation at (320) 308-3083. If the reservation request is within the next 2 working days, please submit your request below and follow up via a phone call to the MC room reservations coordinator at (320) 308-2086.

  If yes, provide a brief summary of your technology needs:

**Depending on your technology needs, there may be technology charges in addition to the room rental fee.

Student Organizations: MC 102, MC 122, MC 206, MC 207, and MC B31 may be reserved for recognized SCSU student organizations with technology needs, however, the reservation must be requested by the organization’s official university advisor and the advisor must be present during the time the room is used by the student organization.

Community Organizations: After you have submitted the room reservation form, the LR&TS Reservations Coordinator will call you to discuss your room reservation request.

Please remember that this is only a request. Wait for your confirmation email which will be sent to the email address provided. Please note that it may take up to 3 working days to receive your confirmation.
