Students
Eligibility
Library checkout privileges are provided to all enrolled students. Students who are not enrolled, but need access to library materials in order to complete a degree may receive an extension of checkout privileges. The student's advisor must request the extension by completing the Request extension of HuskyNet and Library accounts. E-mail any questions to circulation@stcloudstate.edu. For HuskyNet login assistance, please contact the HelpDesk. Extension requests are usually granted for one semester at a time and will include access to HuskyNet resources (e-mail, web/file space, online library databases, campus network, etc.).

Delinquencies
Late fines are applied to equipment and laptops that are overdue. Delinquency charges for Interlibrary Loan materials are determined by the lending library. Charges of $60 or more will result in loss of all library privileges until the charges have been paid or the items have been returned and associated charges have been removed. Late fines will be transferred to the SCSU Business Office, AS 122, as soon as they are finalized. All outstanding balances must be paid at the St. Cloud State University Business Office in order to request transcripts, register for or drop classes, receive grades or graduate. Unpaid charges will ultimately be forwarded to a collection agency.
