Purchase Request Form
Requested materials should support instructional, informational, and research objectives of St. Cloud State University, according to the LR&TS Collection Management Policy. Due to the nature of non-print and electronic resources, requestors should also consider the availability of appropriate equipment, cost, and accessibility.
This form is only for one time purchases, not for resources that require ongoing commitments, such as database or journal subscriptions. For these resources, please contact Jo Flanders at jlflanders@stcloudstate.edu or 308-4756.
