University Records
The University Archives maintains the corporate memory of St. Cloud State University by preserving and using university records and publications of continuing value. Materials in the Archives document the University's development and serve as a convenient source of reliable information about University programs, people, policies, and property.
The bulk of the records held at the University Archives are university records. These records are created or received in conducting of university activities.
The following finding aids of university records available right now include:
Yearbooks (PDF, 79kb)
A collection of St. Cloud State yearbooks, mainly the Talahi, that first appeared in 1924. Published continuously until 1971, the last yearbook appeared in 1998.
Commencement Records (PDF, 48kb)
Records of St. Cloud State commencement, dating back to 1871 until the present. These records contain mostly programs of each commencement, listing graduates and the degreee that was received. The records also contain audio and video of commencements from 1968 to the present.
Presidential Inauguration Records (PDF, 38kb)
This collection contain records about St. Cloud State University presidential inaugurations, dating from 1966 to 2008. The presidential inaugurations included here are for the following people who held office: Robert Wick, Charles Graham, Brendan McDonald, Roy Saigo, and Earl Potter, III.
