University Records
The University Archives maintains the corporate memory of St. Cloud State University by preserving and using university records and publications of continuing value. Materials in the Archives document the University's development and serve as a convenient source of reliable information about University programs, people, policies, and property.
The bulk of the records held at the University Archives are university records. These records are created or received in conducting of university activities.

Photographs
A number of images related to St. Cloud State are available on Minnesota Reflections. On Minnesota Reflections, check as contributor the St. Cloud State University Archives for the images. The images can be downloaded and used for educational purposes. Please check frequently for updates.
Record Group 1
1VC1 Commencement Records (PDF, 44kb)
Records of St. Cloud State commencement, dating back to 1871 until the present. These records contain mostly programs of each commencement, listing graduates and the degreee that was received. The records also contain audio and video of commencements from 1968 to the present.
1VI Presidential Inauguration Records (PDF, 40kb)
This collection contain records about St. Cloud State University presidential inaugurations, dating from 1966 to 2008. The presidential inaugurations included here are for the following people who held office: Robert Wick, Charles Graham, Brendan McDonald, Roy Saigo, and Earl Potter, III.

3KH Center for Information Media Records (PDF,56kb)
These records contain administrative records from the Center for Information Media. Established in 1963, the records shed light on many aspects of the Center's past, including curriculum. Notable records newsletter and faculty meeting minutes.
Record Group 4
4PL1 Upper Mississippi Harvest (PDF, 66kb)
First published in 1962, Upper Mississippi Harvest showcases the literary talents of St. Cloud State students. Over time, the magazine was called Parallels (1962-1970), Sticks & Stones (1970-1975), Wheatsprout (1976-1984), Crosscurrents (1985-1990), and Upper Mississippi Harvest (1991-2008+)
4PL2 Kaleidoscope (PDF, 36kb)
Its first issue appearing in 1990, Kaleidoscope presents poetry, essays, short stories, and photographs which have a multicultural theme and are created by students, faculty, and staff at St. Cloud State University.
4PY Yearbooks (PDF, 79kb)
A collection of St. Cloud State yearbooks, mainly the Talahi, that first appeared in 1924. Published continuously until 1971, the last yearbook appeared in 1998.

7JD Alumni Relations Records (PDF, 256kb)
This collection contains records from the Alumni Affairs organization (sometimes known as Alumni Services or Alumni Relations) on the St. Cloud State University campus. The items date from 1962 to 1991, with the greater number of items dating from the 1970s and 1980s.
7JG1 Alumni Association Records (PDF, 67kb)
Records of the St. Cloud State Alumni Association, dating from 1874-2006. Established in 1881, the records document the organization's history, planning of alumni events, and finances, as well as contains several volumes of the alumni directory
